About Ficelle Bakery

We're an artisanal French bakery with a modern vibe. Located in the up-and-coming Miami River Landing area, we are a passion-driven team that aims to deliver the freshest and most delicious baked goods in Miami. Ficelle Boulangerie & Patisserie was started by Olivier Rizk in 2021. His love for baking has been around since a very young age. For as long as he can remember, he would spend his days at his uncles bakery here in South Florida, Delices De France, observing, learning, and occasionally dipping his fingers in the chocolate eclairs that were in the pastry showcase.

Located at 1440 NW N River Dr, Miami, FL 33125, Ficelle Bakery operates as a bakery serving Miami in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Google also lists it under coffee shop, french restaurant, pastry shop, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 am–7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Ficelle Bakery at (786) 688-3626; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, ficellebakeryusa.com.

Miami is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Traffic in Miami peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was almost tempted to leave a 1-star review just to keep this place a secret. πŸ˜„ The pastries are absolutely incredible, the service is 10/10, and the coffee is simply perfect. Every single thing I tried was outstanding. Easily one of the best bakeries I’ve visited. Highly recommended… although part of me hopes it never gets too popular!

If you enjoy eating chemically enriched patisseries, I highly recommend you this place. Me personally, I don’t swing that way. As soon as my taste buds were triggered when the first bite entered my mouth, they were appalled. With all my might, it tasted like the floor cleaner typical super markets use. Can’t explain it any better than that. The bakery itself did not smell pleasant. Expecting to enter a delicious smelling bakery, with the aroma infused in freshly baked goods, I was greeted with an indescribable scent that really tickled my nose hairs in an unexplainable way. I will say that service was pretty good. We were served well and got our β€œgoods” delivered to our chosen table, but as far as the actual desserts go, it was not delectable, enjoyable, or pleasant. Not only did my money go in trash, but so did those so called patisseries. The coffee was good, but nothing jaw dropping. Atmosphere wasn’t the best just because the vibes in Miami are way off. As someone who’s been living here for a while, I would avoid Miami as a whole, along with this bakery.

The best Baggett in Miami and great service as well. The other bake goods are equally delicious. And if you have time, get a bite at the Ficelle Le Bristol next door. Everything is made fresh and great service there as well.

Awesome place!! Located in a parking friendly mall it’s a must visit. We enjoyed everything we purchased. Coffees were the best we’ve had in Miami. The blueberry muffin excellent and overloaded with blueberries! The guava croissant was phenomenal!! We also ordered sandwiches and both were excellent as well
